NDTV Good Times presents India’s first-ever Gadget Awards

‘NDTV Techlife Awards 2009’

Top Bollywood celebrities, Corporate Giants, and Gizmo Lovers… all were present to accolade the coolest gadgets capturing the aspirations of urban India at NDTV Techlife Awards 2009.

Hosted by Vikram Chandra and Rajiv Makhni, along with Bollywood Star Malaika Arora Khan, NDTV acknowledged the Best Gadgets breaking new grounds for Innovation, Design and Style this year. An electrifying dance performance by Malaika and a ramp walk by Miss India 2009 winners – Ekta Chaudhury, Pooja Chopra and Shriya Kishore for a tech fashion show added an extra zing to the gadgets!

The award categories were classified into: NDTV Gadget of the Year, Best Green Gadget, Best Laptop and Computers, Best Gadget Eye Candy, Best Gaming Product, Best Imaging Product, Best Television, Best Mobile Phone and Best Gadget Audio Product.

While Sony Play Station PS3 – 80GB won the prestigious NDTV Gadget of the Year Award, a special award for the Best Brand Ambassador of the Year went to Abhishek Bachchan for Idea Cellular
