Song and dance in Thailand

‘Hasini’, starring Sandhya and Kamalakar, is almost complete, except for two songs. The unit plans to leave for Bangkok to shoot these songs from March 9 onwards. “We will shoot one song in Bangkok, and the other in Phuket. We intend to launch the music of the movie this month itself, and are planning an April release for the film,” says producer B Kamalakar Reddy.

One Song left for ‘Sye Aata’

Canning of a song remains for ‘Sye Aata’ directed by KRK Pavan and produced by Nalluri Rajasekhar under the banner of Frames Entertainments with Charmme in the lead role.

Presently post-production formalities are in progress. Speaking on the occasion, producer says, ‘We recently canned a song at Moghul Gardens, involving Charmme and some child artistes, besides 60 dancers under the choreography of Prem Rakshit. The balance song would be shot on popular hero and Charmme, with which we would complete the shooting. We are planning to launch the audio in August.’

Veeru-Manoj combo begins shooting

Shooting of a film directed by Veeru Potla, presented by ATV and produced by Sunkara Ramabrahmam on the banner of AK Entertainments with Manchu Manojkumar as hero was launched at Ramanaidu Cine Village in Nanakramguda recently.

Friends Film Academy’s film begins shooting

The shooting of a film directed by Shravan Bapatla and produced by Boddam Indrasena @ Indra on the banner of Friends Film Academy, was launched at Annapurna Studios recently. Indra of ‘Kurkure’-fame, is again playing the hero and is producing the movie, while Bindu and Sri Anjani are playing the female leads. Paruchuri Gopalakrishna gave the clap, while the hero’s paternal uncle Gade Rajasekhar switched on the camera for the muhurat shot picturised under the honorary direction of Satya of ‘Ooha Chitram’-fame. Speaking on the occasion, director says, ‘The film has a different subject. There is a special trick called ‘Parusavedi’ with which we can produce gold. Our film based on this ‘Parusavedi’ trick. At the same time it is a beautiful love story, with suspense in the backdrop.’ Indra says, ‘I played small time roles in over 20 films so far and turned a hero with ‘Kurkure’ and I personally shared the production too.
