The much awaited finale of Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega on Imagine had the entire nation glued to their television sets. Rahul Mahajan ended weeks of speculation and silenced the non-believers when he chose Kolkata based Dimpy Ganguly to be his bride and kept his promise by taking the Saath Pheras with her. According to TAM data, Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega – Shubh Vivaah registered season’s highest ratings in reality shows recording a TVR of 5.6. The finale that was telecast on Imagine on 6th March 2010, was watched by millions of people across the country, peaking with a 7.8 TVR.
