A R Rahman to be presented with doctorate
A R Rahman have become an international figure after winning the Oscars for Slumdog Millionaire and various Indian and International institutes are competing with each other to honour this music maestro and invite him to give a guest lecture.

On 7th of June, A R Rahman will be honoured with a doctorate by the Aligarh Muslim University. The chief guest will be Shri Gopalkrishna Gandhi, Governor of West Bengal. A R Rahman has also opened up new studios in Los Angeles and London. He would soon be starting work on yet another international project. A R Rahman confirmed the same and said that actor Vince Vaughn have met him recently and asked him to score in one of his films. A R Rahman is expected to start the work on this new international project from July. – Sampurn
