Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire child star Rubina Ali and her family seems to be on cloud nine. The kid from the Mumbai slums has not only earned fame but is now also earning a lot of money. Rubina has now landed in a drinks commercial with Nicole Kidman. Undoubtedly, the father of the kid is elated. He tells contactmusic.com, “We are very proud of her and hope she continues to become a big star. Maybe then we will be able to live in a proper house. She was paid more for the ad than the movie.”
