Mahesh Bhatt discusses his cinema with Sudhir Mishra

Sudhir Mishra in a conversation with Mahesh Bhatt went over the nuances of filmmaking with budding filmmakers, who, avidly lapped up the words of wisdom. Sudhir Mishra and Mahesh Bhatt spoke at length on how to go about in this ultra-commercial and competitive world of cinema.

Also, present at the occasion were aspiring filmmakers and some theatre artistes who were all ears to the golden words of the genius filmmaker. Mishra took Bhatt down the memory lane to the days when he made cinema like ‘Arth’ and ‘Saaransh’ and the filmmaker was more than delighted to share his experience while making such hard-hitting films.

The discourse ended with a discussion on ‘Zakhm’ which was Bhatt’s last venture as a director and since then he has been all supportive as a producer for filmmakers like his daughter Pooja Bhatt, Mohit Suri and Kunal Deshmukh.
